The Black Hawk 500 EP is a step up from the common Micro Electric Helicopter. It has perfect balance of high performance and value. Being physically larger, it handles more consistently and is more stable in conditions that would normally ground a micro. Despite its slight increase in size, the equipment requirements of the 500 are still very comparable with the micros. Unlike other 500 plus (Eolo, Logo, Quick, etc) electric helicopters which retail at premium pricing, the Blackhawk will work running the same servos, gyros, receiver, speed controller and batteries (2100mah 11.1 or 14.8) as the micros. This gives it the edge in both affordability and performance. And for the pilot trying to push the limits, running the Blackhawk on 4-cell LiPo will deliver extreme 3D capable performance.

The Black Hawk 500 EP is also the first of its kind in the world, that is capable for both electric and nitro gas configuration under the same body kit. With the gas upgrade package, you can instantly change the helicopter to be nitro gas capable.
