Orders are shipped Monday - Friday. We take 1-3 working days to process items. We ship worldwide. We ship orders via Hongkong Post. The form of delivery is Surface Mail (1 to 2 months), Air mail (7 to 10 working days), or EMS Speedpost (4 to 7 working days).

Shipment by Surface Mail will not be insured and at the customer's own risk, unless by a special request. You have the right to ask us to purchase additional coverage against loss or damage on behalf of you. Air mail and EMS Speedpost provided by Hong Kong is safe and reliable. Please tell us to insure if you select Surface mail as shipping mathod.

In a rare occasion, if you received a defective or incorrect item, please notify us and simply return the item FOR EXCHANGE within 7 days after the day received. We will send a replacement item in good condition to you if stock is available. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost and insurance.
